Do the trailers have shelves inside?
Shelving is optional. We can provide shelving to one or both sides.
What power supply is needed to power the trailer?
Our trailers can be powered either by a standard 13A wall socket or by a generator. We supply a 15m cable with a 16A c-form weatherproof plug together with an adaptor for use with a domestic 13amp socket. If using a standalone generator, a minimum of 5kVA is required. If you require a generator, please let us know.
Can I move the trailer once onsite?
The refrigeration trailer must not be towed or moved without prior consent from us. All trailers are fitted with anti-theft devices at the time of delivery. Any loss or damage to these items will be charged.
Is the trailer lockable?
Yes, the back doors are lockable (key provided) and a wheel clamp lock will be fitted for all trailers out on hire.
When do you deliver to trailers?
Prior to the scheduled delivery, our team will proactively reach out to you well in advance, ensuring clear communication and confirming the precise arrival times. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we strongly emphasise the importance of having a designated representative present on-site during the delivery of our trailers.
Can I extend my trailer hire?
Should you wish to extend the rental duration of your refrigerated trailer, we encourage you to reach out promptly to confirm the availability of the trailer for the desired extension period.
